ECOTUBE &
ECODISC membranes are manufactured using high quality EPDM or Silicone rubber.
The membranes are contract manufactured in Germany in a state-of-the-art
facility. The outstanding performance of our diffusers are a result of
continuous R&D by a team of experts in polymer and rubber technology and the use
of Special Plasticizers developed by them.
Each
batch is tested for hardness, tear strength, tensile strength, etc. The slits
are done under controlled parameters in a unique pattern, so as to release fine
air bubbles in a laminar flow.
Membranes
selected at random from every batch would be fixed with internals and the
diffuser thus assembled is subjected to test for SOTE in the test tank.
